As a member, you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed. A confirmation e-mail will accompany any processed cancellation and will be sent via e-mail within 2 business days of the request.

Cancelled members may request to receive a full refund of any charge made within 60 days of requesting cancellation.

One time purchase digital products (non-membership) are subject to a 7 day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 7 day period begins on the date the product is ordered.

One time purchase physical products (non-membership) are subject to a 7 day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 7 day period begins on the date the product is delivered.

If, for any reason during the review period, you do not wish to keep the product, you are required to request a return authorization form at http://support.trafficmystic.com  or via e-mail at support@trafficmystic.com.

All orders over $100 MUST be accompanied with a return authorization and must be received within the 7 day review period. All products received after the 7 day period are non-refundable.
